In the unlikely event of defective publications or products being damaged during delivery, the Society will replace them free of charge.

In compliance with distance selling regulations we are obliged to offer a cooling-off period of seven working days during which, you may return an unwanted item for a full refund or exchange. However, the purchaser must pay the full cost of return postage and the Society will not be responsible for any items lost while being returned.
